Here are some apps that will help you plan as smoothly as possible while taking time out for you too.

Leading such busy lives often leaves little time in the day to take some moments for ourselves to unwind. Meditation has become popular in recent years to help relax the mind and has an abundance of benefits. Headspace, free on the App Store, aims to help you relax with meditation and techniques to help you wind down before you head to sleep. The app also has specific meditations tailored to reduce stress and anxiety for those extra hectic days. Make this a morning or evening ritual with your fiancé before you go to sleep or begin your day to relax the mind and make sure you are taking time out for your own headspace.  



Couch to 5k 

If getting your body moving is on your list of pre-wedding priorities, Couch to 5k is a great way to get moving. The app starts you off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly increases each week until you’re ready to run 5 kilometres in 30 minutes nonstop. This is a great way to get your body moving, clear your head and improve your fitness. Make your run each day a date with your other half and use it as a way to catch up on your day while getting out for some fresh air.  



My Fitness Pal 

If you’re aim is to maintain a balanced lifestyle in terms of nutrition and exercise, Under Armour’s free fitness app, My Fitness Pal is a great way to keep track of what you are fuelling your body with and how much exercise you are fitting into your schedule. The app can help you to track calories with a barcode scanning feature to immediately tot up your calories, whether your goal is the reduce or increase your intake each day in the months before your wedding day.  


Google Keep  

Wedding inspo and ideas can come to you at any point once you are fully in bride to be mode, so keep all of those ideas in the same place so you can come back to them. Google Keep is a great way of jotting down ideas, keeping track of appointments and setting reminders for certain meetings and wedding fairs you would like to attend prior to your wedding day
