THE DECISION TO GET MARRIED "Six months in we just knew! Aine had been paying off for a ring for me which i didn't know but I bought a ring and proposed to her on Tramore beach," Jolene recalls fondly.

WEDDING RINGS Jolene's is white gold to match her engagement ring. Aine's is 125 years old and belonged to her great, great grandmother.

WHAT DID IT MEAN FOR YOU TO BE ABLE TO MARRY THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE? Jolene is elated to have married the girl of her dreams. "I grew up in foster care and never thought I would find my soul mate who would become the best friend I ever had."
TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AT THE THEATRE ROYAL "The Theatre Royal was beautiful. A period building full of character. It was amazing to get married amongst art, history and culture. The staff, especially Patsy and Kelly, were very attentive and during the ceremony they asked if they could take a photo to put on their website as we were the first same sex wedding they had hosted."
